Moisturize skin without being oily

With any serums to lock in moisture I think to use right after cleansing to lock the water in my skin. I used this product in the morning and didn't find it crunchy on the skin like other serums. By the end of the day my skin looks healthy without looking too oily. I did find it helped with redness too.
