So light and smooth!

This product is so smooth and light on your skin. There is nothing worse than a heavy primer. I put it on and let it soak in for a couple of minutes and everything else goes on my skin so nicely.

Glides on so nicely & feels so smooth

I received Grown Alchemist Skin Defense Primer from @thisisbutterly @grownalchemist in exchange for my honest review. I see you, Grown Alchemist, this primer is AMAZING. It has a gel texture and when I applied it, it is like “WOW”. It glided so nicely and my skin instantly felt so smooth. I love the feeling of my skin. Pure softness. It feels so lightweight and not sticky. I also love the refreshing scent. It has so many great ingredients that will protect my skin. My skin looks amazing. It looks so hydrated and blurs my fine lines and pores. I love using it on its own after applying oil and a moisturizer and I also love using it before foundation as a primer which makes my makeup application so smooth and long lasting. My new fav and highly recommended!

Grown Alchemist Skin Defense Primer

Thank you @thisisbutterly @chickadvisor and @grownalchemist for the opportunity to try the Grown Alchemist Skin Defense Primer.

The primer not only improved the appearance of my skin but also helped keep it well hydrated and radiant throughout the day and provided protection against UV rays and pollution.
The primer, which contains a combo of 1) prebiotic peptides (supports skin health); 2) ashwagandha (reduces signs of fatigue and gives skin a healthy-looking glow), and 3) Reishi mushroom extract (rich in antioxidants and polysaccharides) has a lightweight texture. It is very easy to apply and doesn't feel heavy, greasy, or congesting.
While I don’t use a lot of makeup, I did notice that makeup applies more smoothly and evenly after using the primer. I also noticed that at the end of the day, my makeup looks almost as good as when I apply it in the morning.

In a nutshell, this primer exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality silicone-free primer from a cruelty-free company.

It's ok

I like the ingredients in this and the texture is wonderful, but I don't find it helpful in how long my makeup lasts. I think it would be great for someone with dry skin.

A makeup lovers dream primer!

Wow, have you tried this Skin Defense makeup primer yet? It's a makeup lovers dream!

I was recently gifted this Grown Alchemist Skin Defense Primer for free from @thisisbutterly and @grownalchemist and it has truly amped up my makeup routine!

I always use a primer before applying makeup. I don't think I could go without a primer to create a smoother base for my makeup, even on light makeup days, and this Skin Defense Primer outperforms my current favourite primer by 💯‼️

It's silicone free, 94% naturally derived, and it instantly blurs fine lines and pores, even on my mature skin! This primer also has some added skin benefits that really make it a new fave for me  It contains adaptogens including Reishi Mushroom and Ashwagandha along with pre-biotic peptides to reinforce and protect the skin barrier for up to 12 hours, and it's SO hydrating! It's like a makeup primer and skincare product in one, and I love it!

This primer has a lightweight gel texture, and glides perfectly over my skin, leaving a mattified, smooth finish. I love how it reduces oil & shine, without drying my skin, and my skin looks so much smoother, for a more flawless makeup look that lasts!

The fresh scent is really nice, and it feels like such a premium product on my skin. A little goes a long way, and it does everything it promises! I'm so glad that I had the opportunity to try this makeup/skincare product I will definitely be buying it!

My thoughts:
The Primer has a nice scent. It smells like sweet orange, which pleasantly surprised me! I like that it comes in a recyclable aluminum tube, which also helps make sure you get the last drop of product.

The Primer has a creamy texture that absorbs well into the skin. It leaves the skin looking smooth and has a blurring affect. I tried using it alone and with makeup. I found it helped keep my skin more balanced and my t-zone calm. It did help my foundation last longer throughout the day, which was great! Overall, I found it provided more skincare benefits than the average Primer. I will definitely buy this product when I run out!

So smooth

The Grown Alchemist skin defense primer is a lightweight, hydrating primer that evens out skin tone and creates a smooth base for makeup application and I am loving it. You can see in the photo what difference it makes. It’s formulated with natural active ingredients to help protect the skin from environmental pollutants. I found it to help my makeup stay on longer and give my skin a healthy, radiant appearance.

Best skin primer

10/10 rating on this @grownalchemist skin primer. I received this product #gotitfree. The packaging beautiful, no plastic which is 💯, the scent is heavenly and natural, the primer instantly gave my skin a smooth appearance and it has a grip to it so your skin holds on to your foundation, bb cream, sunscreen ect. I applied under my tinted moisturizer and felt my skin looked and felt moisturized and dewy all day. I can’t say enough good things about this brand and this product.
