I found Grown Alchemist’s Skin Renewal Serum to be an interesting product. It is more viscous than the previous serum is, but not in a negative way. Unlike the smoothing serum, this one does have a teeny bit of a scent to it, but it’s not due to artificial fragrance. Rather, I think the scent can be attributed to the echinacea present in the serum, which I didn’t find to be irritating or noxious. Like the previous serum, it’s easy to apply and seems to work well with other skin care products. However, after using this serum for the past few weeks, I still can’t tell if it’s improving my skin barrier or not. I feel that I would need to use this product for a longer period of time to accurately asses how effect it really is. But for the time being, as far as first impressions go, it seems like a nice product and I think it has good potential.

Unsure of this one
This serum has a viscous texture, with a slightly cloudy appearance. It absorbs well without leaving any residue. There is a slight natural herbal scent, which I think I can attribute to the echinacea. While this serum does give my skin a nice healthy, hydrated glow, I haven't yet noticed any difference in my fine lines. At $97, this serum is quite expensive and I'm not entirely convinced this is a good value for the results. Anti-aging results do take time to show, so it's possible I will start noticing results after a bit more time.

The smell wasn’t my fav
I liked it enjoyed it. The smell threw me off big time. this feels very sticky and tight which is nice sometimes when I want to do facials at home. But I don’t know how it’s effective.
