Fun change without long-term commitment

For me this was step 2. I used the lightening kit on my naturally dark brown hair. Unfortunately the results from that were still quite brassy even after the toner was applied. I knew based on that, it would alter my results of the blue creative colour kit. I decided I only wanted dark blue so I didn't use the pastelizer. The results were good but not great. Because my hair was brassy it turned blue/green rather than straight blue. Despite reapplying the colour as needed for full coverage in the foils, the colouring was uneven. It was a bit disappointing but fun none the less. I would use it again and likely with better results if I used professional lightening products first because my hair is so dark.

My hair turned red for sure!

I #gotitfree and was able to try out the Brilliant Red colour on my hair after using the lightening box of got2be. I decided not to use the pastelizer as my hair was originally dark brown and figured the brighter option was a better one. It was easy enough to use, squeeze the tube and apply for full head colour. I did find the instructions a little confusing where it said how to do the back forward with the fringe last. Either way, some sections came out brighter and it was a little uneven, probably due to my base colour being uneven either but overall I was impressed with the product. If I was more of a professional colourist it would have probably turned out better. I would definitely try it again for my tips or the longer lengths of my hair! I liked it!

Not enough product

I used the Electric Blue colour that I received from ChickAdvisor for their product review. Unfortunately, the box claims that you are able to use one box for a full head of dye... but the entire tube of dye and the full packet of pastel-izer only covered my roots to mid-ends of my hair. My hair only goes 3 inches past my shoulders so I wouldn't categorize my hair as long, but this product definitely didn't cover it all.

Don't recommend for anything more than a couple streaks.

I received this free product in Electric Blue from the Product Review Club. The box claims that you can do a full head of dye with one box, but the full tube of dye and the full packet of pastelizer only covered my roots. I ended up just doing the blue as a shadow root, as I would have needed multiple boxes for a full head of the vibrant colour.

The damp application made the entire process shorter, as there's no need to dry hair after lightening, but the dampness made it difficult to judge how the colour was processing. It was hard to get even coverage on wet hair as well, so I had to go over some sections multiple times, which still wasn't enough. The finished look was very patchy. Some sections were bright and vibrant, while others were pale and washed out. I wasn't happy with the coverage at all.

Overall, I would not recommend this product. The box doesn't go far and the coverage is very uneven. I'll be returning to my usual brand next time.

beautiful colour

After I lightened my hair, the next step is to apply the colour. The box comes with a tube of the colour cream, a sachet of pastelizer, a sachet of conditioner, a mixing tray, gloves and an applicator brush. I did not use the pastelizer because I wanted a dark, more vibrant colour on my hair. It was pretty easy to apply. I left it on for 40 minutes so that the colour would soak through even more but there were still some areas where the colour didn't take. Afterwards, I used the conditioner as recommended.
The end result is a beautiful dark blue colour and I love it! I wish the colour is more permanent so that it lasts longer and don't have to reapply so often.

Une coloration intense...

J'ai reçu la coloration GÖT2B Creative dans la couleur Electric Blue en tant que membre du Club des Bancs d'essai Chick Advisor.

J'ai déjà utilisé des colorations semi-permanentes aux couleurs vibrantes dans le passé et je faisais mes propres mélanges (avec du revitalisant) pour obtenir des couleurs pastelles.

Lorsque j'ai reçu la coloration GÖT2B Creative, j'ai apprécié le contenu de la boite: Coloration, Pastellisant, Pinceau applicateur, Petit contenant pour mélanger et des Gants. C'était prometteur! Les gants auraient pu être plus petit puisque, même sur de TRÈS grandes mains d'homme, ils sont énormes. Mais bon, j'en avais d'autres sous la main, c'était correcte.

Est venu le temps du mélange. Puisque je souhaitais avoir un bleu pastel, vraiment très pâle, j'ai mis très peu de colorant et tout le contenu du sachet de pastellisant dans le contenant, j'ai mélangé le tout et j'ai constaté que, malgré que j’aie les cheveux très courts, je n'aurais pas suffisamment de produit pour faire l'ensemble de mes cheveux. Première déception... J'ai compensé en ajoutant du revitalisant dans le mélange, question d'avoir assez de matière pour couvrir toute ma chevelure.

L'application... J'ai adoré le petit pinceau applicateur! J'ai d'abord posé la coloration sur mes racines puisque je désirais une couleur plus soutenu aux racines et plus pâle aux pointes. Une fois les racines faites, j'ai laissé poser la couleur pendant 5 minutes et j'ai ajouté encore un peu de revitalisant à mon mélange. J'ai ensuite appliqué le nouveau mélange sur mes pointes en m'assurant de fondre ce que j'avais appliqué sur mes racines à ce que j'avais appliqué sur mes pointes. Un autre 5 minutes d'attente...

Au rinçage, j'ai eu une surprise... Tous mes cheveux étaient de la même couleur (de la racine à la pointe) et ils étaient beaucoup plus foncés que le pastel que je visais. J'ai rattrapé le coup avec une autre coloration semi-permanante et j'ai fait l'effet Shadow Roots que j'avais visé au départ. C'était déjà mieux!

Depuis ce temps, 2 semaines sont passées, j'ai lavé mes cheveux 4 ou 5 fois. La couleur tient drôlement bien! (Bien que j'aurais aimé que ça dégorge plus vite, vu l'effet que je recherchais à la base!) La bonne nouvelle, je n'ai pas taché mes vêtements, les branches de mes lunettes ou mes taies d'oreillers avec cette coloration, contrairement à certaines que j'avais utilisées dans le passé. Donc, au niveau de la tenue, c'est génial!

Pour finir, je recommanderais cette coloration aux gens qui recherchent une couleur intense qui perdurera dans le temps!

Jai tester se super produit et vraiment wow je ne suis pas une personne qui prend des couleur aussi franche ,ais la juste wow jai eu la couleur rouge et vraiment ses la meuilleur teinture de couleur rouge que jai pus mettre dans mes cheveux !!!! Vraiment je la recommende a toute !!

This product is great

I recently received this product to review and loved it ! It was so easy to apply and i only needed to wait 5 minutes until I could wash my hair out. Thats the fastest time ive ever had to wait for hair dye. I would recommend this product to anyone who likes to dye their hair and that doesnt like to wait 20 minutes.

Worth trying

I love getting colour added to my hair. I feel like its a great way for self expression. I wasn't too crazy about the colour because it seemed too fire truck red to me but I really liked the fact that it could be toned to a lighter shade. I think the best part about it is that it comes with all the supplies you need so for someone who isn't a professional or haven't coloured their own hair this kit really gives you everything that you need to colour at home. I think its a great kit for anyone looking to colour their hair. Of course the colour fades. The best option would likely be to use sulphate free shampoo
