Meh

I have black hair and was sent the en lightener so I could use the red color. It only took to the root of my hair and barely lightened the remainder of the strand I did to a dark brown. This in turn prevented the red from taking to the entire strand. My younger sister, who had dirty blonde tips, used the remainder to lighten her tips, it worked well on her hair and made the tips a nice blonde. If you have dark hair and are looking to bleach, save yourself the frustration and pay a professional. If your hair is already light go for it, it will work wonderfully!

Never again

I didn't like this product at all. I left it in for 35 minutes and yes, it became blonde very quickly but a very brassy blonde. Not at all what I was expecting.

It's a NO for me

I really was excited to try out this product. I have been dying my hair dark brown for years and wanted a product that would help me lighten without having to bleach. Sadly all this did was dry my hair out. It might work for other hair types but didn't help mine.

Got2b lightened

Jai fait l’essai du got2b lightened. Je voulais faire des meches plus pale comme j’ai l’habitude de me faire mais malheureusement le resultat n’a pas ete reussi. La texture du produit etait bonne. La teinture sentait super bonne mais mes cheveux n’ont pas pali comme j’aurai aimer . J’ai tout de meme reussi a palir de 1-2 teinte mais pas autant que je pensais. Tout te fois le produit s’applique super bien et mes cheveux sont rester bien hydrater. Je recommende pour un cheveux pas trop foncé :)

Not for me!

This wasn't the right product for my hair type. As my hair was previously colored the lightening didn't produce consistant results. May be right for you if you have natural uncoloured hair! #gotitfree

This bleach made my hair go yellow , I usually use a diffrent brand that allows my hair to go white . Where I did a test strand using this product it went yellow and dry ...

Hair Lightened

I would try this product again, but leave it on longer since I have really dark hair. It was easy to apply. I didn't think the product worked as well as I had hoped, but it could be user error since my hair is so dark. #got2bmycolour #MEbyME #gotitfree

Not bad if you don't have black hair

I have prelightened hair as well as incredibly dark hair so i knew this wasn't going to be enough on it's own,but that's not the product's fault! It's probably scientifically impossible to lighten my black hair in one application.

Too harsh for my real hair, worked okay on my wig

Got this sample free from ChickAdvisor. The sample itself was easy to use and everything was there/given as depicted. The end result didn't take much time to do from start to finish, however, because of having to use the blonde lightening GÖT2B LIGHTENED kit first before using this bold red kit because my hair's a dark brown colour, I chose to use a wig. Second reason was because of my hair type, being Caribbean-Canadian and my hair being rather thick, I chose to use the colouring kit on a wig. The pay off was nice in that the red is very loud and bold, but I wouldn't have used this on my hair alone because of the potential of it further messing with my scalp (I have a scabby/flakey scalp) and breaking my hair through lightening it. I probably would not purchase this on my own and am quite overjoyed that I was able to build a firm opinion before buying this with my own money. However, if my hair type and scalp conidion were different, then I'd probably would use this and I would suggest this to my friends with a different hair type and hair/scalp condition than mine.

Not quite lightened enough

It simply isn't a strong enough lightener for my hair. I have dark brown thick hair and this is often a problem when bleaching my hair, it came out as a light to medium toned caramel and then a black when the electric blu colour was added
