Pleasantly surprised with longevity

I was hesitant when I first opened the box to find 3 small tubes of color. How do they expect you to do an entire head of hair to get the look on the box?
I carefully followed the instructions, and I'm glad I did! I've never heard of anyone (ALL of my hair dressers included) dampening hair before applying color, but this is NECESSARY if you want to get as much coverage with the amount of product provided. I also had to dip into the pastel to stretch out the product.
I was thrilled with the end results! Have been getting lots of compliments from everyone. My hair had a nice balayage* to start, so this kit worked well with it. The purple showed through just enough on my natural medium brown hair at the top, and the 3 red/pink tones took quite well to the blonde (still looks good after 4 washes). *prior to this color kit I had a rainbow of colors which eventually washed out. I did not lighten my hair for this trial, and a patch of hair did have a chemical reaction where it turned navy blue.
There was 1 patch that I ran short on, but it isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it.

*note: I used Schwarzkopf professional color freeze 4.5 pH perfect sulfate-free shampoo and ion color defense intense moisture conditioner with chromaxtend for the duration of this trial.

Vibrant or Pastel, the colours are great!!

Loved these colour choices! I did both pastel and vibrant (btw I loved how that option came in the box). My hair is naturally dirty blonde with dyed blonder highlights and the colour took wonderfully. Looks awesome as ombré highlights! Would need 2-3 boxes for whole head.

I Would not buy this!

This kit is horrible. They give you next to nothing for colour to even make the look work and it’s only shoulder length hair. The cream is miserable to work with coming from a woman who colours her hair often and in many styles. Save yourself some time and get something more permanent! Too much hassle for a semi permanent dye.

It’s very very blue!!!

Let me start by saying that I’ve always wanted blue hair. Salons have said it can’t be done because my hair pulls too warm toned, and all the bleach and toner needed to create the blue will damage my hair beyond repair. So you can imagine how excited I was when I got the blue colour to review from this line!! I lightened my hair with the got2be highlighter and then went in with this blue. I’ve uploaded my results.... holy blue

Add a punch of color

I loved how easy this color was to use and decided how much or little you want to put in your hair. It came with 3 different color tubes so the ways to punch up your hair with color is endless... Color is beautiful and I love that it washes out and you can put another color. Will definitely buy!

Love it but..

Loved this product! I have 2.5 feet of hair and with my one little tweak it coloured all my hair!! I did have a balayage so I coloured over the super light blonde I had previously. I was shocked that there is only 3 tiny small tubes of dye, but I added roughly 1.5 oz of conditioner to each color to extend it out and it worked flawlessly and made my hair silky soft and didn't seem to change the composition of the dye! Small amount of pastaelize divided three ways did nothing to change the tones. Colours blended amazing without bleeding into one another. Wish there were 3 color trays instead of 1, but overall this product impressed me!

good color

I was very excited to try this I got it free from chick advisor. at first I was only going to use two colors the purple and pink as I have never used red before so I didn't know how it would look. I have used splat and manic panic in my hair before so I didn't bother reading the directions which was a very bad idea, I had a friend putting the color in my hair and we didn't even get a quarter of it done before we ran out of purple so I decided to use the red as well and we ran out of that fast to with a lot of my hair still undyed so we put purple manic panic in it as well and then the pink which we ran out of fast. I wondered why we ran out and I looked at the instructions and it said to do it with damp hair which we did not. I was very nervous that my hair was going to look horrible. I washed it out blow-dry and straighten and at the top where we put the pink and ran out has blonde still and the pink didn't seem to take too well, the red looks awesome as does the purple. I would definitely try this again but with two boxes and damp hair. the colors are much more vibrant then other brands I have used.

The colour I wanted the most to try was pastel purple and to be honest the one I was anxious about was pink ( not my favourite colour) But guess what ?! Both turned out really good and I even prefer how the pastel pink turned out ! I get a lot of positive comments about my new hair and the colour lasts very well. The dye smells good and it's easy to apply ! Thank you :) \\ La couleur que j'avais le plus hâte d'essayer était le mauve et pour être honnête j'étais un peu anxieuse à l'idée d'essayer le rose , parce que ce n'est pas ma couleur préférée ... mais devinez-quoi?! Les deux couleurs ont très bien sorties et je préfère même le rose ! J'ai reçu beaucoup de commentaires positifs à propos de mes cheveux et la couleur tient bien ! La teinture a une odeur agréable et est facile à appliquer ! Merci :))

Really enjoying the colours! I found the colour kind of thick, but nothing a little bit of conditioner can’t fix. They are very pretty and I’m glad to see how the take on washes! :)

My hair looks pretty!

I liked the way that my hair turned out, but I was upset that they didn't give very much pastelizer to make the colours even more pastel. I used the pink and purple and they ended up being almost the exact same colour. Also in order to to do both colours at once I ended up having to buy an extra brush to do the other colour. I would buy again to do just one colour.
