Healthy and Yummy

This is my favourite brand of kombucha and I love the grape because it brings me back to my childhood and drinking grape juice. The only drawback is that you need to continually gently swirl the bottle to get the good stuff off the bottom. Beware though, don’t shake it too much or it will explode like a bottle of pop, I only ruined 1 shirt learning this lesson:-)

This is GT's best flavor in my opinion. The grape is SO GOOD. The chia is a bit goopy in it, but I love the satiety it adds. Great to sip on during a long weary work day or exam week. If they weren't so expensive I'd buy these all the time!
