I thought it was really tasty and had a very delicious natural flavour and smoothness to it. My family doesn't really like coconut anything! But they enjoyed this very much :)

I love HaagenDazs Coconut Macaroon Icecream for it's delicious and tastes amazing. I would highly recommend this if you love coconut.

Part of the 3 new limited edition Haagen Dazs flavours in 2012. There's Coconut Macaroon, Spiced Caramel Biscuit, and Vanilla Bean Espresso. The coconut macaroon is flavoured to be just like the best you will find at an Italian Bakery. Like other pints of HD, the flavour is rich and creamy to the last spoonful. Each bite was filled with coconut shreds and cookie bits. The coconut shreds really make the ice cream a true Italian macaroon. However the cookie bits are more of a little buttery chip rather than the conventional oreo-like cookie. I think its meant to replicate the egg whites and sugar mixture needed to bind the coconut shreds. Because of this the cookie pieces are more bits then pieces.

All in all, great ice cream! Haagen Dazs, once again job well done! Look for the purple lid :)
