It's easy to operate and you can change it to Celcius or Fahrenheit via a button on the back. I really appreciated that the button wasn't in the way, so you won't find yourself tapping it accidentally. The design of the thermometer itself is easy to hold and comfortable in the hand.

I particularly like that it has a hanging loop, so you can hang it on the wall or near the grill if you choose, to free up drawer space. Overall, just a well-designed accurate thermometer. Would recommend.
