Parras Island Cos (romaine) always grows to the perfect head of lettuce for me. I start a couple pots each week until planting season so I don't have 20 heads of lettuce ready at once. The price is fantastic. $1.99 per pack and I have fresh lettuce for 3 months. They like a bit of shade when growing. I've never had any pest problem with them either.
