This supplement saved my skin!

I used to have severe cystic acne and it seemed like nothing could cure it. I tried EVERYTHING and nothing could permanently get rid of my acne. Even on good days I always had at least 3 pimples. And they were the deep painful ones, not just clogged pores.

I tried this supplement as a last resort, because I knew the issue had to be on the inside. I had already cut out dairy before trying this supplement, and while it did help to a degree, it wasn't until I started taking this supplement that my skin COMPLETELY cleared up. As I write this, a year and a half later, I do not have a single pimple. This supplement has definitely helped control my overproduction of sebum, which I feel was the key factors in my acne.

It contains vitamins and minerals that play a role in skin health, such as zinc, and funny enough these vitamins and minerals are those not found in multivitamins, or at least in such a minuscule dose that isn't nearly enough to have any effect. I have since started taking Halo's multivitamin for her alongside this, which it compliments perfectly!

I cannot recommend this enough!!!!!
