I like this brand of yogurt because it holds its sturdy shape in the container while other yogurts lose their shape and begin to have a bad consistency.

This is all natural yogurt,I like this product because it does not have gelatin in it.I make yogurt pudding with it,top it with some jam or jelly with your choice of nuts or oats clusters.I also make smoothies with it.

Great yogurt to eat alone or mix in for smoothies
