Happy Planet has a great variety of soups and juices.I tried this Louisiana sweetcorn and red pepper soup with a touch of chipolte peppers added.The soups come in a resealable pouch with a clear bottom so you can see the soup through the packaging.The soup is nice and rich and thick with whole chunks of corn and red pepper.

I loved the smokey chipolte taste.It quite spicy but I love heat in my food.If you don't like spicy hot food this one is not for you.The soup is perfect for a cold winter evening with fresh bread and salad,The soup and the spice is so comforting and warming.
