Good crunchy snack!

This reminds me of terra vegetable chips: quite dense, hard and crunchy, and not too flavourful. Still, I enjoyed it. Since it is lightly salted, the natural sweetness of the parsnip really comes through, so this might not be too ideal if you are craving a salty snack. Nonetheless, it satisfies my craving for a crunchy snack.
