I'm a white wine girl. Now that that's out there, this red wine is actually very nice. It's not too heavy but is full of flavour, which I think is because of the blackberries. It's intense without being overpowering. If I had to choose red wine, I'd get this one.
The flavor is good and I see it pairing well with powerful flavoured meats, but for the price range, I have had better red wine options with more body!
I'm generally someone who doesn't like red wine... and this one is no exception. It has a very strong and dry flavour, making it a bit harder to drink. As for the blackberry taste, it is very minimal.
I tried the wine tasting in the showcase 2016. Im not a huge fan of red wine. Its rich and too dry for me. Its better when u paired with a steak. And as for the price, it's not that bad.
I'm not a red wine drinker and the taste is too strong for me, but my cousin who's an avid wine drinker loves the red. So if you like the red vino, I'm positive you will enjoy this one!
I tried Hardys Wines Shiraz Cabernet at the Montreal ChickAdvisor Showcase. I don't usually enjoy red wines but I quite enjoyed this one. It was smooth and not too dry. If you're a red wine lover, I'd recommend picking up a bottle.
The aroma is a bit on the weak side. Not what you excepts from a Shiraz.
Lacks a bit of boldness and is a bit too sharp.
Not dry at the first taste but direness comes only a minute after at the back of the tongue.
Can't say if good or bad, just not what I normally look for in wines. Good for those who look for something lighter
