Decent price but issues with set-up

We purchased this pack-and-play on sale at Best Buy. The price was decent and once it's set up, it works well, but we've had issues getting the two shorter sides to click into place. Sometimes it takes several minutes of pulling on them to get them locked. Overall wouldn't recommend.
