4 year old LOVES it

I hate it. It flies sideways into the wall. It got caught in my daughters hair. However, she absolutely loves it. She laughs the entire time as it slams into walls and flies at her face. Nobody can control it. But she loves it and if she is happy, I am happy.

My daughter got this for Christmas, we have only used it a couple of times as you need space and the tree is still up. She flies great, she goes up and down and sideways but you can correct the sideways flight if caught in time before she crashes . it is more durable the expected. The flying time is not that long but that is expected.

Doesn’t fly properly

Out of the box, our pixie keeps flying sideways right into walls and furniture. It doesn’t lift up when a hand is placed underneath it. It keeps chasing my daughter as it takes off sideways and my daughter has been struck by it a few times. She is now scared of going anywhere near it. This was her birthday present and is more of a nightmare as it keeps flying improperly and crashing. Longest flight time would have been 4 seconds so far that I’ve been counting. Looks like many others are enjoying their pixies so I think ours is a defective one. I’m tempted to open the window and let it fly away into the sky - but I think it’ll just crash into the wall instead :P

Hard to control

When my daughter received her magical flying pixie she was so excited to see her fly. The doll itself is very cute and I can say durable as she crashed into walls and floors and did not break. The issue with this is she takes off way to fast and my daughter could not get to her in time to try to put her hand under her to get her to hover, neither could I. She just flew up hit the ceiling, walls , etc. This to us seems more dangerous than fun.

After 2 uses it started to break apart and unable to fix my kids are 6 and this toy was too hard for them to try and control flying as it would go up and the pick a direction and crash into something
