Good idea, awful meal

I got this to try because it was something new, it looked interesting and I had a cash back offer. There are some good points, the bowl it comes in isn't plastic, it's made from plant based fibres. However, the meal itself is terrible. There wasn't enough sauce and the beans and rice didn't cook properly so I was left with crunchy rice and beans. The chicken in the dish wasn't too bad but there wasn't much of it. I wouldn't get it again.
