Super snack pour remplacer les chips

J'adore les kale chips au fromage. Elle sont croustillantes et facile à manger. Et en plus c'est du chou frisé donc on sent moins coupable d'en manger. Idéal pour remplacer la traditionnelle chips croustillante.

So hearty and crunchy

I am always looking for a good kale chip as a healthier alternative to a regular chip and was delighted to see that The Healthy Crunch was selling their Say Cheeze kale chips at Costco! For 140 g at around $8, it's the cheapest I've ever seen kale chips sell at! For example, for the same brand at 35 g at Real Canadian Super Store, you are paying about $5; so for less than double the price, you get more than 3x the amount of product!

The chips are very hearty and though you may wish to eat the whole bag, due to the kale's high density, you will be satisfied with just having a few, which is great because it means you are not eating as much as you would potato chips!

The only things I wish there was more of was a salty flavour as the red pepper and nutritional yeast give it an almost sweet flavour to it.

I absolutely love these kale chips. I've tried a number of brands and have even made my own and they just don't compare to these. I also don't normally like 'cheese' flavoured products but I love it on this! I'm so happy to have found these because they are good for you AND actually taste good. My new 3PM snack ;) I can find them right up from my work at Kupert & Kim so it's perfect.
