Organic, natural with no added sugar. I prefer if the packaging came in a resealable pouch as the cereal was very fine and loose so was a bit messy to contain in the box. Although I liked the ingredients in the cereal, my baby unfortunately did not like this cereal at all. Not sure if that was due to the texture - it was very runny when mixed.
