Crazy Fun!

Bit of a learning curve as the instructions were not very clear, and it was very fast-paced. Once we got the hang of it we had a blast. There were a lot of laughs.

Fun for the whole family!

Our family loved the original “Hedbanz” so we were very excited to try “Headbanz Lightspeed” for free in exchange for an honest opinion. The instructions seem clear, but my 11 year needed some help understanding how to play. My 13 year old had a great time playing with her friends. This is a great game because it’s fun for all ages!

So much fun!

Great upgrade on a classic!

It's a unique combination of 20 questions and charades for hours of fun! There are some cards that I couldn't even imagine being able to act out though! I love to use it in the classroom getting students up and collaborating, questioning and working together! Works as a great drama warm up or free time activity! I love this version because its exciting to see where the headband lands, with a great variety of cards, and differentiation for sustained play!

Fun, but some issues

My daughter and I had fun playing the Hedbanz Lightspeed game. It doesn't have a lot of parts, so easy to set up. We found the rules to be a bit confusing - perhaps as we were just 2 players..maybe it works better with a larger number of players. We altered the rules to what we thought, and had a great time playing, with some laughs. We found the headpiece to be uncomfortable. My daughter is young, so it was large, and although the adjuster piece had a lot of holes to tighten, it was difficult for me to get it to lock while on her head. Perhaps a velcro adjuster would be easier to use. For myself, the unit was hard and heavy and pushed into the top of my nose/forehead and did not feel good. We ended up not wearing it, and just sitting it in front of us as we played.
Overall we enjoyed this game, but only with some adjustments to the game play.

Family Game Night just got a whole lot louder!!

My boys were so excited to receive this as we love having family game night and are always loving to try new board games. We do have the original version of this game, but this one is so much better.

What we liked about this version is it is fun to be able to have the 3 different modes (act out a scene, answer questions fast and give 3 clues) as opposed to the original which is just giving clues to the person. These modes make it more interactive. I also liked that it came with 74 clue cards which means we had lot of different options for clues and it wouldn't be the same ones over and over. The game is easy enough that all members of the family (including little ones can play).
As for a negative on this game there is only one that I can think of and it isn't really a negative. It only comes with 1 headset. I know that only one person wears it at a time, but would be better if it came with two especially for when you are playing in teams. Each team would get their own headband and can be ready quickly for their turn.

Overall a good game to be played one on one or in teams. Great for the whole family.

Hedbanz Lightspeed was very easy to set up and understand. The game plays fast and kids as young as 5 would be able to read and understand the words and pictures. My kids had a lot of fun playing it and were laughing the whole time. This is a very nice and fun family game and is very entertaining. I would definitely recommend this and would get it for a kids party or just for family fun

So fun

I received this for free through the butterly try before you buy program. And it was so much fun for my whole family. We tried the game with my nephews and it took a couple rounds before we understood the rules, but once we did we had so much fun playing and laughing. I would definitely recommend this game and would play it again on family game night.
