Lots of fun!

This game is a lot of fun! I’ve played various versions of Hedbanz over the years, and they’re always a good time. This one is great for the kiddos, and the added elements of the different lights meaning to get them to guess by doing different activities is a neat addition. Overall it’s a great game for family fun nights :)

What a blast!

Family Had so much fun playing Hedbanz! Definitely a game that we will play weekly at our family games Having so much fun playing Hedbanz Lightspeed game!

Put the headband on and place the card in the headband so the illustration is facing all players. Then, play by asking questions with “yes” and “no” answers as you try to guess what’s on your card! It’s a race against the clock to be the first player to get three scoring badges to win.

I was so happy to receive this game from butterly, and so were my kids! They really have the best time playing it together. It’s has become a number 1 choice for game night in my house ever since receiving it. It’s great because it’s a fast paced game and keeps the kids excited during the full game. I’m very happy with this game and would definitely recommend. It’s a great gift for a kids party game as well.

Great upgrade on a classic!

It's a unique combination of 20 questions and charades for hours of fun! There are some cards that I couldn't even imagine being able to act out though! I love to use it in the classroom getting students up and collaborating, questioning and working together! Works as a great drama warm up or free time activity! I love this version because its exciting to see where the headband lands, with a great variety of cards, and differentiation for sustained play!

Fun, but some issues

My daughter and I had fun playing the Hedbanz Lightspeed game. It doesn't have a lot of parts, so easy to set up. We found the rules to be a bit confusing - perhaps as we were just 2 players..maybe it works better with a larger number of players. We altered the rules to what we thought, and had a great time playing, with some laughs. We found the headpiece to be uncomfortable. My daughter is young, so it was large, and although the adjuster piece had a lot of holes to tighten, it was difficult for me to get it to lock while on her head. Perhaps a velcro adjuster would be easier to use. For myself, the unit was hard and heavy and pushed into the top of my nose/forehead and did not feel good. We ended up not wearing it, and just sitting it in front of us as we played.
Overall we enjoyed this game, but only with some adjustments to the game play.

Fun for the Whole Family

I received a Hedbanz from Spin Master Games to try for free, courtesy of Butterly in exchange for my honest review. My family had a blast playing it! The game moves along quickly, and forces you to really get into the competitive spirit! It was a joy with added excitement due to the lights and sounds that the game makes. I like the fact that you can have as little as two players or as many as eight—it really is fun for the whole family. My one complaint is that it did not come with any batteries (and requires two AAA), so be mindful of that when purchasing. Overall, this is a really fun game that will keep your family entertained for hours at a time!

Family Game Night just got a whole lot louder!!

My boys were so excited to receive this as we love having family game night and are always loving to try new board games. We do have the original version of this game, but this one is so much better.

What we liked about this version is it is fun to be able to have the 3 different modes (act out a scene, answer questions fast and give 3 clues) as opposed to the original which is just giving clues to the person. These modes make it more interactive. I also liked that it came with 74 clue cards which means we had lot of different options for clues and it wouldn't be the same ones over and over. The game is easy enough that all members of the family (including little ones can play).
As for a negative on this game there is only one that I can think of and it isn't really a negative. It only comes with 1 headset. I know that only one person wears it at a time, but would be better if it came with two especially for when you are playing in teams. Each team would get their own headband and can be ready quickly for their turn.

Overall a good game to be played one on one or in teams. Great for the whole family.

Hedbanz Lightspeed was very easy to set up and understand. The game plays fast and kids as young as 5 would be able to read and understand the words and pictures. My kids had a lot of fun playing it and were laughing the whole time. This is a very nice and fun family game and is very entertaining. I would definitely recommend this and would get it for a kids party or just for family fun

Extremely Fun!

I had the opportunity to review the Hedbanz Lightspeed Game with Lights & Sounds from Spin Master’s Games. It’s a fun What Am I? game. The headband changes colour that’s for different rules. For green, you act out a scene. For orange, you answer the questions fast. And when’s it’s blue, you give 3 clues that will help them answer what’s in the card illustration. My kids enjoyed playing the game so much that we took it to sleepover at their cousins to play too. The whole family enjoyed it.

Fun Acting

This is such a fun game. We had loads of fun acting out scenes and guessing ridiculous answers. It is definitely a game that livens up the game party scene. Would definitely recommend for games night.
