Jalapeño poppers are jalapeño peppers that have been hollowed out, stuffed with a mixture of cheese, spices, and sometimes ground meat, breaded and deep fried (sometimes baked). -- I like these because it's a cheap and easy snack. I love cream cheese and jalapeño pepper. I wish they were a little spicier though.
