it's salty and oily ( greasy ), all we taste is just the oil .. it does not matter if it was organic or not, all that matter is the taste, which doesn't taste good at all .. we can't even say the texture is good or not. I would say definitely work on refining the taste first. This was such a disappointment compared to the regular Hellmann's mayo.
