The quality is good, i like how easily it spreads and how thin/thick the layer you can make, but i still prefer the original mayo the best. It's just more flavorful than this spread, and tastes great on any sandwich. I might try it as a salad dressing or mixing it up in a dip.

Great texture but I don't really like it on sandwiches because of the taste. You can really tell the difference between this and the original mayo. It would make taste different in like pasta salad mixed with ranch salad dressing but it's not like I like on a sandwich. Probably wouldn't buy again.

I love that its made with non GMO ingredients and that there aren't any eggs for people with allergies or like me, with crohns. Tasted different and more expensive but at least its healthier!

I bought this for a family picnic we were going to since the store was out of our usual brand that I have used for years. The smell to me was terrible and the taste I just couldn't stomach it. It seemed a bit on the greasy side to me and just didn't like it at all.

I bought this kind of by accident at the grocery store. I didn't know if was egg free but when I tasted it I knew there was something different about it. I was surprised that it was egg free when I read the ingredients. Might not buy again because it is more expensive but a great alternatively for those who don't want eggs.

Delicious! This is my new go to mayonaise. I love it for my homemade caesar dressing, it is excellent. We love it for sandwiches and I really like it on burgers!

I always use Hellmann's mayo and I made the mistake of trying a different brand recently, and it was awful. Hellmann's really does have a completely unique taste compared to other brands, and has a subtle difference bewteen different flavours in it's own brand.

So I will say the Carefully Crafted is great... for people that cannot have eggs. It is a bit less creamy than the regular Hellmann's mayo and it has a lighter, less-full flavour. If you are allergic to eggs this is an AWESOME mayo to try, but it you aren't just stick with the regular mayo.

I LOVE my mayonnaise and will only ever buy Hellmann's as I do notice a taste difference between brands. I will always pay that little extra for quality. I can't tell the difference between regular Hellman's mayo and this new carefully crafted version. I will likely buy this from now on as I feel it is a healthier alternative to real egg mayonnaise. This product is wonderful for those families with egg allergies.

I found Hellman's carefully crafted dressing a little milder than the regular mayo I normally use and a lot less creamy. My husband liked it because it was egg free, which is great as a substitute for anyone with food restrictions. It tasted really good with my chicken recipe so I could see me using this for cooking. As far as sandwiches I still prefer regular mayonnaise .

It tastes ok, looks ok, but I prefer Hellmann's classic mayo. It's a really unique product and thats really important. I think it meets the quality standards I've come to expect from Hellmann's. Its just not the product for me.
