Really clean and fresh !!

Products with charcoal are getting popular in the market now. I have seen the charcoal toothpaste, face masks before. Hello clean + fresh is the first deodorant with charcoal I see, I thought it would be interesting to try this. I have been using it for a week now since I received it in exchange for my honest review from @thisisbutterly and it is pretty good. It glides on the skin easily. It has a very light fresh smell. I have used it before my intense workout and it worked great ! The dial was really hard to roll at the beginning but then it was ok.

Ingredient list is very impressive too. No aluminum, no baking soda, no parabens inside. It is made from recycled plastic and %100 recyclable. If you know me you know that I love environmental products !!

Eco-friendly but ineffective

Love the ingredient list and accessibility of a safe and natural deodorant in big box stores. I stopped using my previous natural deodorant to trial this (received a sample in exchange for an honest review) and sadly during this transition period the effect has been minimal at best. As soon as I’m sweating, oh boy can you smell it! I’ll be switching back to my previous brand. But don’t let this deter you - this brand checks all the boxes of a natural deodorant and just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for you!

Aujourd'hui grâce à @butterly et @chickadvisor je suis vraiment contente d'essayer un nouveau déodorant de la marque Hello. Un déodorant naturel, sans aluminium, sans bicarbonate de soude et sans paraben, même l'emballage est 100% fait de produits recyclés. Fait de charbon de bois, d'huile d'arbre à thé et de beurre de karité ce déodorant est très doux pour la peau, l'odeur est douce et légère. La texture est agréable, un peu plus sec qu'un déodorant qui n'est pas naturel, mais reste agréable et s'applique très bien. J'ai testé le déodorant sur plusieurs jours et je dois avouer qu'il fait bien son rôle, aucune odeur désagréable à la fin de la journée, ne tâche pas les vêtements et s'enlève très facilement. Je recommande ce produit et je vais certainement acheter de nouveaux ce déodorant pour son efficacité, ses ingrédients naturels surtout sans aluminium.

All Natural Deodorant

love this deodorant and it is the first time I have ever heard of it! The smell is subtle and not overpowering. After 24 hours it was very much effective. The major bonus is not tested on animals.

Perfect

Okay, I’m done trying different deodorants. This is it. This is “The One”.
Packaging is your like your basic deodorant but cuter somehow? Maybe it’s the rounded smooth contours. I got Hello’s clean + fresh scent. Oh my goodness, it smells incredible. This is my scent. This is what I want to smell like. I take a look and expected a typical white stick, but it’s gray. Huh? Another glance at it and I see it is deodorant with charcoal, and charcoal is the new cool thing, so, makes sense. It glides on nice, and I haven’t noticed any left behind residue. Really enjoying the smell.
Fast forward a couple days and I am bundled up (it’s winter), frantically cleaning the house, and sweating. I peel off some layers and I stink. Bad. I grab my Hello deodorant and instantly smell great again. No trace of my previous funk. Amazing. Later I had my spouse give me a smell test and he said I smelled like nothing, which is preferable to smelling of hot garbage.
It works. It works very well. And not only does it work, it’s cruelty free, and contains no aluminum, parabens, or baking soda. Oh, and the container is made from recycled materials, because of course it is. All around perfect.

I have found my love

I LOVE this deodorant! I’ve had such a hard time finding a good deodorant that actually works and smells great. It has a light pleasant smell and the fact that it has no harsh chemicals is a bonus. Very happy with this product.

Excellent odor protection

Finally got the chance to try out Hello naturally friendly clean and fresh deodorant. Hello underarm deoderant contains charcoal, is not tested on animals and contains no aluminum, no baking soda and no parabens. Excellent for sensitive skin like mine. It has a natural fragrance that applies easily to underarms and is vegan. 24 hour protection ensures you won't have any embarrassing odor throughout the day. I loved everything about this deoderant. The feel, the scent, the odor protection was excellent. I did have an issue wearing light colour shirts as it left orange/brown stains on my brand new white shirt and grey sweater. The colour of the deoderant is black itself so possibly the charcoal was too strong for my skin. I only wear it with black now but it came right out of my shirts with some stain remover and some scrubbing.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when I tried this deodorant. But it works well! The scent was very nice and the product applied very smooth and easily. The price is higher than what I normally spend on deodorant, but I don't mind paying more for a quality product. I do tend to sweat a lot, but this product kept any body odour at bay. I'd be curious to learn how this product would fair in the hotter summer months! My only caveat would be the packaging. I found the dial to roll up the product a little cumbersome. Otherwise, it was great.

A good deodorant

This week I tried Hello’s naturally friendly deodorant! Goodbye stinky, hello naturally friendly deodorant. Featuring a natural fragrance for any and everybody in 100% recycled packaging.

Full disclosure, I’m a sweaty human being. So I don’t typically use deodorant, I use antiperspirant. Since this is a deodorant, I had to alter my expectations. Immediately I really liked the scent. It was very fresh and clean smelling. Upon trying it however, it doesn’t have the powdery finish my antiperspirant does. It went on very sticky (you can see from my photo how it mushed a bit when applied). So I didn’t put my clothes on right away. I did my morning care routine, moisturizer, hair and what not, and in that time the stickiness went away and I could put on my shirt (it really wasn’t very long). I went about my day as usual which involves housework, daily walks to my child’s school and running errands. I was pleasantly surprised with its effectiveness. Although yes I did sweat from physical excursion (deodorant not antiperspirant), I still smelled good after it all. So as a deodorant I would say it worked quite well. It would make a good alternative for low impact days. If you aren not a sweaty human being like myself, and are a regular deodorant user, I would definitely recommend this one.
