Fresh and effective naturally-derived deodorant

I’ve used hello’s other, dental hygiene products so I was interested to see them branch out into deodorants, as I like to stick to more natural-based products without harsh additives. The Naturally Friendly Deodorant features shea butter, coconout oil, cocoa seed butter, and tea tree leaf oil, just to name a few of its skin-friendly ingredients. What’s important to note is what it doesn’t contain, which is aluminum, parabens, and baking soda (though I’ve never had any reactions to the latter). The fresh citrus scent is really...for lack of a better word, fresh! The smell is reminiscent of something I’ve used in my youth, though I can’t quite put my finger on it – suffice to say, it’s a yummy scent that lasts throughout the day. I tend to use deodorants more in cooler weather, when I’m less likely to work up a strong sweat (and smell!), so I can’t speak for how well this will do in the summer. However, I was really impressed with how it masked my sweat throughout the day, without exposing me to any harmful chemicals. I’m looking forward to trying out the other scents in this line. hello has not disappointed me with any of their other offerings, so I’m glad that this deodorant was no exception.

Refreshingly Citrus!

Hello fresh citrus deodorant is a burst of fresh citrus, and gentle shea butter. This deodorant has a clean citrus scent, and applies with a smooth glide. I really love the way this deodorant performs and that it's packaging is made only from recycled materials. I have switched to this brand after trying.

Nice natural deodorant

At first glance the packaging looked appealing and the name of the product clearly stood out. It was a bonus that it came in my favourite colour. The product was the right size and comfortable to hold. The smell was pleasant, fresh and invigorating first thing in the morning. I had some trouble using the rotating mechanism at the bottom, which appeared jammed but I finally got it to move with repeated attempts. I used it immediately after my shower. The glide could have been better but I was pleased with the smell and it was reassuring that I was using a product that was natural, vegan , not animal tested and 100% recycled all of which was clearly stated on the packaging too. While it does offer 24 odor protection it would have been nice if the deodorant smell lasted for longer than half a day. Overall this is a good product as the packaging and smell of the product are brilliant.

Paraben free deodorant with shea butter ROCKS!

Highly recommend this paraben free deodorant that has shea butter for silky smoothe armpits but also no baking soda. Great citrus scent that actually works. Glides on smooth and smells great.
