My sister and I got this for my mum and she loved the experience and food.
So I tried for myself. The ingredients were lovely and fresh.
I all tasted wonderful and was easy to prepare.
I did find the instructions a bit conveluted and allot of packaging to throw away.

Hello Fresh is super easy

It was my first time trying this. I was very surprised how easy prep was. It comes with all your ingredients and step by step instructions. And the food is so yum!

I've also been curious about these meal kits but was always apprehensive becauze of the price and I also like to grocery shop. But i look at it like a subscription box of food. When I received it, looking at the recipes, they seemed very easy and simple and I was skeptical on the taste. All 3 recipes I had (Zatar tart, veggie chillie and quinoa stuffed peppers) were amazing! They were full of flavours but also new combinations of flavours I never thought of. I highly recommend this to families that might not have time to cook but still want to be inspired!

I just had my first order of HELLO FRESH and found that it was great. All the ingredients for all four meals where in the box,even the produce that needed cutting up ( no more tears when cutting onions). The recipes were easy to follow and they were meals that I had never tried before. You can have them delivered once a week, every two weeks or once a month. They leave you to make the choice for what would fit you the best. Well worth trying.

The first one is creamy dill chicken with roasted potatoes and green beans. This dish is accurately measured for two persons. The preparation time is as less as 30 minutes to cook this delicious dish. To prepare the dish you need to cut up some potatoes and beans and put them in the oven after drizzling some olive oil on them. You will have to put the chicken breast on the skillet and pour some olive oil. Cook the chicken until it gets tender and juicy. Mix the sour cream packet and Dijon mustard. This will be poured over the tender chicken breast. You can plate the potatoes and beans alongside the chicken and Voila! Your dish is ready. the ingredients were enough to make a dish for two persons.

The second dish was Korean Beef Bibimbap served with zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots. The preparation time for this dish is also 30 minutes and can cater for two persons effortlessly. the name of the dish is inherited from the Korean word for mixing rice and that is exactly what you need to do to prepare this dish.

Add your rice in a bowl and put in all the toppings that come with it. mix well the two components so the flavor combines with the rice perfectly and results in a perfect mishmash. The dish has flavor and a mixed variety of textures because of the sweet carrot, juicy zucchini, and beef that was tossed in garlic, ginger, and soy. You have to cook the vegetables in a skillet first. This gorgeous blend of vegetables and rice makes it the perfect dish for dinner time.

Hello Fresh is teaching me how to cook

I joined Hello Fresh for convenience, but it ended up teaching me how too cook. Now I have some meals memorized that I can make on my own. I learned how to make a balsamic glaze, make a one pot orzo meal, and how to incorporate fresh herbs. I totally love it, but it's pretty expensive and the meals are small.

Recently, I happened to discover (and try) Hello Fresh. Hello Fresh provides simple and pre-measured ingredients in each box, for the amount of meals and people that you select. The meals are very easy to make because each meal comes with a card, giving you step-by-step instructions, with photos, on how to prepare your meal. The meals come in a box labeled with the Hello Fresh logo. Inside the box, you will find that it is insulated very well and contains ice packs to keep your food as fresh as possible.

You can choose what plan benefits you and your family; Veggie, Classic or Family. You can choose how many meals you want for the amount of people in your family. You have the option to continue getting meals each week, or...if you plan on being away from home, you can always skip a week of delivery. You can even schedule this up to 8 weeks in advance!

When I opened my Hello Fresh box, I pulled out two brown bags (2 meals for 2 people.) Each bag was labeled with the meal. My two meals were Korean Beef Bibimbap and Creamy Dill Chicken.

Each ingredient that I pulled out of the bag was the freshest of the freshest. The carrots for the Korean Beef Bibimbap were pretty good size and the golden potatoes for the Creamy Dill Chicken was WAY plenty for both meals. I found that these meals definitely were enough for two people, but, depending on if you have huge and hungry eaters in your family, you may be wanting more.

Hello Fresh did not skimp on the ingredients and they sent plenty to cover the recipe.

I will say, the Korean Beef Bibimbap was my favorite! It tasted so good, that I wanted more. It had just the right amount of spice and I found myself wanting to create this same dish, again!

FRESH AND TASTES AMAZING

I have subscribed to Hello Fresh Canada and I’m so happy I did. Everything is so fresh and I love to try new tastes and recipes. The portions are perfect and sometimes enough for left overs. Love that I get to choose 3 out of 5 recipes every week which is so nice to take off the stress of what I’m going to cook (meal planning).

Fresh food and great options

I only just started using Hello Fresh but I couldn't be happier. I am a busy working mom and with Hello Fresh dinner 3 times a week is so easy. I love being able to choose from their menu, skip weeks if I like, and adjust my orders. Every Friday I receive a delivery with all fresh food to make 3 dinners with for my family during the week and they are so easy to cook and follow. Each meal comes with step but step instructions with pictures and makes it easy and fun to cook. My kids and I have a lot of fun making them and even my husband has loved them all as picky as he is. These dinners have made my life easier and I get to spend more time with my family. It's a win win.

Wow!!! HelloFresh is an amazing company that will save you time, thought and money into your meal planning for the week. All you do is choose what meals you would like to try and they will do the shopping and prep and deliver the fresh ingredients right to your door step. Then you open the package and cook your desired meal from a detailed and easy to follow recipe card and Voila! Enjoy a delicious meal. I would highly recommend trying Hello Fresh. They have been very helpful; especially, dealing with chronic pain it’s had been extremely difficult planning, shopping, prepping and cooking something fresh and healthy. Hello Fresh really came in and saved the day. They are reliable and keep things fun and simple.
