I would recommend this product for people who are sensitive to strong mouthwashes. It has a lighter, sweeter flavour that still left my mouth feeling refreshed. Quite enjoyable!
As far as effectiveness, I cannot comment on whether my oral health got better or worse while using this product, since I just used it for a few weeks and didn't notice any drastic changes during that time. I will say that the lack of the alcohol-induced after-burn from my regular Listerine probably played on my mind a little bit, since I wouldn't say it was as satisfying as the hard stuff. But, the company claims the product is 99% natural - and that's always a benefit.
My biggest complaint is definitely the packaging. The lid leaks, the measuring cap is hard to judge and worse to pour from, and the pouring spout is broad and prone to having drops run back down the neck of the bottle. I felt like an unfair portion of this bottle was wasted as a directed result of the poor packaging.

Bottom line, I would really recommend that people who use alcohol-free mouthwashes give this one a try. I would NOT recommend travelling with it - not my leaky bottle, anyways!
