I had never tried and hair product from Hempz, only ever their lotions. This works nicely, I normally use the Big Sexy Hair Root pump and this is similar to this. You shake the can, spray the dense foam (love that it comes out in a “precise” tip). Unlike the Sexy Hair, when this is applied at the roots and dries, it’s not sticky or crunchy. I wouldn’t suggest that you run your fingers through your roots, but its not as hard, but last and adds just as much volume. So I do like the product, the hold and lift that I get from it, only thing I really didn’t like was the scent, it’s a little strong and lingers till my hair to fully dried.
