My hair felt like straw

I normally use shampoo and conditioer from a salon. I live in a small town outside of the city, so, I thought I'd get some Herbal Essence (I remembered the wonderful scent from being younger) from our drugstore. It took one use for my hair to feel like straw and it has never looked so dull and dead. Needless to say, I went right into the city and bought salon quality.
