I used this product for one week, and my hair began to accumulate this awful wax. i was walking around looking like i had greasy hair for a month, until someone told me to use dish soap to remove the waxy residue. why why why do shampoos have to contain waxÉ

This shampoo dried my already dry hair right out! It is anything but hydrating! Im so disappointed. In this product! All of the herbal essence products have amazing scents, but this shampoo and conditioner did nothing good for my hair

I did not like this product I found that it made my hair look greasy the same day I would wash it. I would also get scabs on my scalp after using it. The only thing I liked about this product was the scent.

One positive quality this shampoo/condition duo has is the smell. It smells fantastic and leaves your hair smelling fantastic.
The conditioner in this shampoo does absolutely nothing. it doesn't work as well as using a seperate condition. It leaves my hair limp and almost greasy feeling.

I reallllllyyy wanted to like this Conditoner, but it didn't work for me. I wanted to try the new formula, but the oils made my hair so greasy. The first time I used it I loved it. Made my hair very soft and silky feeling, but the second day I felt major build up and tangles. I could tell that continued use would ruin my curls. It weighed my hair down and made it look limp with frizz on top. Not good. Smelled so good though and the price was good, but a miss for me.

Doesnt help my hair feel moisturized but smells good

it doesnt moisturize my hair, it just makes it reek of coconuts
