Inconclusive

I tried this product on 3 different pimples at various stages and I honestly couldn't see a difference in them when I removed the patches. Their was also nothing showing on the patch itself.

Worked but not magic

I found this product to be effective in reducing the duration of pimples overnight but still had a few stubborn white zits that did not reduce even when keeping the patch on overnight. Not magic but it did work for most to decrease size overnight.

Not bad, but not what I expected

I like how smart the packaging is to make it easier to put on top of our pimple and not touch the sticky side, but it's not that smart. When you almost finish 1 "column", it is not as easy to remove the pimple patch without touching the sticky side, and if you try to, it may poke your face. It is very sticky so it won't just slide off your face when you sleep on the side, unlike other pimple patches, which I love. But it's not very effective. I tried it for 2 days and the only good thing is it can protect my pimples/acnes from dirt and dust. Or maybe it's not very effective for big acnes with cysts.

There are many better products out there

I was super excited to try these, I have an issue with picking at my skin, coupled with slow healing, usually pimple patches are a huge help. Unfortunately these ones made my skin more red and even after trying out different lengths of time to leave the patches on (still following instructions) they didn’t do nearly as well a job as other brands.

Not worth

I used this patch as per the package instructions. It was'nt effective at all. Well,it might be my skin type or it could be these patches. I would not be buying these again..

Meh

I got this product free for review. I followed all the steps as directed on the box. After trying on a couple of patches, I didn’t notice a huge difference in my pimples. Yes, there was some white gunk that did come out, but it didn’t significantly reduce the size of my acne or redness. However, I liked how the patches wore and how well they stuck to my skin, even after skin care. I also like the fact that the patch did keep my pimple, kind of protected from the outside environment and help me from not picking it too much.

Good concept, somewhat works

I put these on to test on a regular whitehead, and a cystic acne zit that was deep below the surface. These patches stayed on through a shower and overnight. After 24 hours, the cystic spot was less red but still there. The whitehead was a lot smaller, but it did not completely remove it. These are not thin enough to wear under make up and you can tell they are there.

Great Concept but Could Use More Variety

Hero's Mighty Patch has an amazing concept. It can really be a lifesaver if you want a pimple to improve rapidly. As someone who suffers from acne whoever thought of this product had a great idea. When I tried this it did improve the look of the blemish overnight. Now this product is no miracle and you won't wake up with perfect skin after this but you can improve an unfortunate skin day. The one thing about this product is that I wish this also worked well on regular pimple and not just whiteheads. There are many different kinds of acne and I wish this worked better with more of the different types. Also, upon looking at the price, this seems a bit pricey as well. I thoroughly enjoyed being given this product and it was so easy to use. I would only suggest that this could be expanded upon.

Good Guard

These pimple patches seem to be a good guard to protect your skin. I applied a patch and it helped to prevent me from touching that area of my skin and also kept it protected while I was sleeping. I didn’t find that it helped to reduce the redness or size of my blemish, however.

Good idea, however not always effective

This product is effective in only very specific situations. If the pimple is white and underdeveloped, it does not work. However, if it is red and looks like it has puss that will come out, yes it works.
