Stays in place

I received these patches for free in exchange for a review and enjoyed using them. The best part is how well they stick without hurting when you peel them off. I threw a couple patches on some pimples and forgot about them for a while; they didn't budge! I found they worked well at tackling the pimple (they didn't absorb it completely, but did a good job) and also kept me from picking at them. I'm very fair-skinned and they were practically invisible on my skin.

They’re alright

The patches were easy to apply and comfortable to wear overnight. I only found them to be good at bringing the pimple to a white head. I wish they came in different sizes of patches.

Great Options for the Pickers

While I do not get angry blemishes often, I am prone to picking uneven skin while deep in my thoughts. I had previously purchased silicone spot covers to help with scarring but never tried medicated spots until now. These are great for the hairline or neck where one might want to drag a nail when they feel a blemish but can’t see what they’re working this.

Amazing product!

This has to be one of the best pimple patches I have used yet! I was a little sceptical at first because I didn’t think that they would work any better than the cheaper ones I usually buy but I was wrong. I had a pretty painful pimple on my cheek that would not go away no matter what I tried, I used other patches and remedies but they didn’t work. When I received these patches I immediately put one on to see if they would work any better but not expecting much. To my surprise, by the next morning the swelling and irritation was fully gone, pimple was flat and no longer hurt. The only reason these don’t get 5 stars is because all the patches are the same size. I wish they had a few options like a small, medium, large patch.

Works Great!

These patches work great for treating acne spots quickly! I put them on after washing my face before bed, after cleansing my skin. In the morning I take them off and the acne spot is visibly much smaller. These are great. Would purchase again.

Pimples were significantly smaller!

This worked miracles! I tried them on 3 of my inflamed pimples/zits overnight, they were 80% gone by morning! This never happens! They also pulled alot of gunk out overnight. I had a really big cystic zit on my nose, Im so happy this was significantly smaller by morning.

Covert Zit Blaster

These little patches pack a punch. I wore them at night time, but they blend in well enough to my medium skin tone that I could get away with wearing them during the day (depending on where the pimple is). They adhere really well and didn’t shift at all during my sleep. They really do absorb a lot of the gunk, though they didn’t completely eliminate my white heads. You really can see it on the patch! What they did do was bring it all to the surface, making my cleansers that much more effective in clearing everything away. They resolved a lot faster as a result. I will definitely keep these in my pimple-fighting toolbox!

Very Mighty, But not enough for Hormonal Acne

As someone who has struggled with acne for a long time, I am always on the lookout for products that may help me manage it. Recently, I received the Hero Mighty Patch Original as an incentive to review the product. Given that I've only received the patch quite recently, I cannot provide a comprehensive review, but I can share my initial impressions and experience of using the product.

The Hero Mighty Patch Original is thicker than the Panoxyl PM patch but thinner than the Nexcare acne patch. It is not so thick that it becomes obvious or uncomfortable to wear, but it is also not so thin that it fails to suck up enough pus. Thus the thickness of the patch was a plus for me. I also found that the patch sticks to the skin quite nicely and does not come off easily - even after many hours of wear during sleep.

However, there are some downsides to the product. The first one is that, like the Nexcare patch, the Hero Mighty Patch Original is stored between two transparent sheets, which makes it difficult to determine which side should be placed on the skin and which side will not stick to the finger when applied. This was frustrating for me, as it is easy to accidentally use the wrong side and risk it losing stickiness and contamination to the finger.

The one-size-fits-all design of the patch is also a downside for people with variable needs. Given that everyone's pimple is different, a patch with at least two sizes may have been a better option. Moreover, the Hero Mighty Patch Original is not as seamless as the Panoxyl patch, which is an issue with patches in general. Still, it was a bit more noticeable than the Panoxyl patch, which can be a dealbreaker for some.

While the Hero Mighty Patch Original worked well for my regular pimples, it had no effect on my hormonal acne cysts which is more common for me. I was hoping that there someway in the patch would help the blind pimples to surface, but that was not the case. This is definitely a limiting factor for other customers who struggle with severe acne or cysts.

In terms of performance, I found that the Hero Mighty Patch Original was not significantly different from regular pimple patches that do not have micro-darts. Despite the technology they claim to house, they do not really provide visible or noticeable improvements compared to simple hydrocolloid patches. They all worked the same - just that some can offer a more seamless appearance on the skin.

In conclusion, I found the Hero Mighty Patch Original to be a decent product, but not remarkable or extraordinary. While it is thicker than some patches on the market, it still falls short of providing a fully comprehensive experience for users. While it works well on small pimples, it still fails to help with cystic acne and should therefore be seen by those with milder and less problematic breakouts. For someone looking for a slightly thicker patch that sticks well to the skin, it may be worth trying out. But if you are looking for something revolutionary that will transform your acne treatment routine, the Hero Mighty Patch Original may not be the solution for you.

Definitely saw a difference

Patches were great. My 16 year old who has problem skin used them. Easy to apply. They definitely pulled the gunk out over night. Helped get rid of bigger blemishes faster. Didn’t leave skin dried out or irritated. Great product! Would definitely purchase again in the future.
