Hershey chocolate is so good and creamy. These white chips are great for cookies and fondue. They melt quickly in a double boiler. I also like the butterscotch version.

I love white chocolate! I also enjoy baking so when I finally realized that I could get chocolate chips in more than one variety I was extremely happy. The first thing I made with these white chocolate chips were cookies and I also added pecans (it's what I had in my cupboard) and they tasted soooo good. These chips are very nice tasting and I feel you can pretty much add these in any baked goods recipe that requires chocolate for something a little different tasting.
