I love the look of my salt lamp, it casts a pretty light pink glow and maybe has a bit of a calming effect when it is the only light on in the room. As far as helping with sinus issues....I'm skeptical. I don't have it on enough and have such an open concept living space that it might not work even if it did.

I bought this lamp off of amazon about a month ago and I am not dissappointed. It is used for natural healing and to put you at ease and get rid of the negative ions in whatever room you have it in. I love the soft orange glow it gives off, it also has a dimmer switch so that you can control the brightness of it to whatever you prefer.
