I bought this product to use on my knees and potentially other joint areas because my knees makes squeaky noises. I heard glucosamine help promote joint health and was hoping that this will keep my knees healthy for a long time.

The cream is not too thick and not too thin. It has a creamy beige color and a strong peppermint scent. The cream is easy to spread on the skin but is sticky.

I've read claims and/or reviews (I forget) that this cream also reduces joint pain. Since my joints are not in pain, I'm unable to comment on the effectiveness of that. I'm using this cream as a preventative measure.
