Worked great
My son is 6 now but I wish I knew about it when he was a baby. I had originally bought it for myself. This year as soon as the weather went cold my skin reacted horribly and became super flakey and dry and broke out worse than when I was a teenager! I went through almost every other drug store lotion/balm/cream etc. This balm cleared it up with in the week. I noticed one review mentioning the “smell”. It’s probably from the Tamanu oil. It’s a very earthy, acquired smell. Tamanu is also great for breakouts (someone mentioned they put it on their pimples). And it did work on my breakouts too (contrary to it being a “balm”) I liked that everything in the ingredient list was something I knew. I’m definitely not someone that only uses “all natural” but this is definitely a product that I will always keep on hand now. It’s a 100% multi-tasker. U can use it for so many things.
It’s heal all your dry spots
I find this too work really well when you have some really dry spots. You don’t need much of it and it heals it very quick. I wash my hands constantly because I have a toddler that is very good at making a mess... and sometime my hands get really dry. This works great.
Once you get over the smell...
I purchased this in a 3 pack at Costco on a whim, hoping to find something new to use in the never-ending battle of eczema we wage in my house.
To my pleasant surprise, I am loving this stuff. I just cut open the last of the pack in order to get to the very bottom of the tube. The smell and texture of the balm are not the most pleasant, but for what it is- a soothing balm- you are really getting a great product. it soothes and helps with rashes. When I don't want to reach for something medicated or steroidal, I always reach for this and it seems to clear some mild rashes.
Can't live without!
This is the best baby balm out there. Quickly heals diaper rashes but is also useful for face scratches, dry skin and even took away my baby's cradle cap after 1 day (we had been using coconut oil a week prior with no results!).
Worth every penny
I recently starting using this healing balm for my sons eczema. I use it every morning and night as well as before he goes outside in the cold. It has worked pretty well so far, his face seems to be much less irritated than it was. It seems to provide a bit of a barrier against the cold. I also really like that it is not scented.
This lotion is great. I use it on my hands, scalp and sometimes my face. This winter even though it hasn't been that cold where I live has not been agreeing with my skin. I usually get eczema on my hands, I call them lizard hand. But this year I got eczema and contact dermatitis on my hands, face and scalp. Nothing worked, it seemed to make it more red and irritated. But thankfilly I found this at Costco and it has cleared up my skin.
It has no synthetics dyes, fragrances, and parabens. It is made with organic sunflower, olive ans coconut oil. Thank you for fixing my lizard skin.
Love this! Initially got it for my little guys bum rash that just wouldn't go away no matter what I tried and it worked liked a charm. I use it now all the time on the whole family. During this second round of pregnancy I suffered from really dry skin and seemed prone to rashes on my legs this would clear it up overnight :) when I initially bought this product you could only get it online. I love that it's available in lots of places now That I shop regularly.
I was so happy when this product came to Canada. I find this really helps with minor itches and scratches and even pimples! I was happy to know that this did not contain any harsh products and it's a go to when we have cuts and rashes. I've even used it on my nose after being sick and blowing my nose so often that it was raw. It tends to go on sale so the price point is great considering it lasts a long time.
I heard about this company and decided to try it. I love the idea of using non harsh chemicals but this product did not impress me at all. Its so thick and hard to put it on, plus its very greasy does not absorbs well, and has bad smell
