this fan is surprisingly powerful for the size and the price... but it's not the quiet type (it is turbo after all hehe).
I only use it on level 1, sometimes 2 and its more than enough air flow for me. it tends to get very noisy at higher levels. it's the perfect addition to a small bedroom or office.
