I purchased this on a recommendation from a friend and it costs $2. I love that it goes on smoothly, almost but not quite as nice as the Urban Decay glide on pencils. One con is that it can transfer because it's so smooth and it doesn't have the best staying power on the waterline. I have repurchased this in the past but I don't know if I will continue to do so because I'm not sure if Hot Topic's cosmetics are cruelty free.

I love this eyeliner. It's very cheap, and works amazing. It's very dark, and when put by a bright eyeshadow, creates an amazing contrast. It also lasts for a very long time too!

I have to give hot topic credit for their makeup. no matter how much i sweat or throw water on my face, the eyeliner doesnt come off. I TRUELY recomend this product
