does not print well & is a total rip off

bought this printer/copier/scanner all in one last week. It's not bad. I would recommend it, but make sure that if you don't know much about computers etc, that you have someone nearby who does to help with installation.

The installation key didn't work, so a friend had to find all this stuff online for me - but, it works great now!
