I have a home based company, I have 4 printers. The one that has been the most relable is my 6500! It resets it's self when there are lines on the printouts, all you have to do is unplug it wait a few second and plug it back in and it resets it's self....no worries about repairs or anything. ALso these are reasonably priced and the ink is not going to break the bank!
