We hated Huggies. We received some at our baby shower and dreaded using them. They leaked all the time and smelled weird. I would never buy those
While the diapers fit the weight size of the baby, they didn't do a great job of keeping the mess in. I found my baby's poop would ride up the back of the diaper, even when I attempted to put the diaper on higher up in the back. The mess would also escape through the sides at times. What I really didn't like about these particular diapers is the fact that there was no wetness indicator. It's hard to tell when to change a baby without this easy to view line!
All in all, having tried both the Pampers and the Huggies, my preference is for the Pampers. Price is about the same, but I found the Pampers to have a higher back (resulting in a better job in keeping the mess in) and I really appreciated the wetness indicator on the diaper. This ensured I didn't have to go through the entire ordeal of undressing the baby every so often to check to see if the diaper needed to be changed, just to discover that it wasn't time for a diaper change as of yet!
Was disappointed with the overnight quality of it. During the day it's fine.
i am not sure why but everytime my son pees when he is wearing these diapers he flips out. he screams like someone is hurting him. at first we thought he didnt like being wet but then we opened a pack of different huggis snug and dry, and he doesnt freak out when he is wet. we are wondering if it is the color strip in the diapers that causes him some kind of discomfort. as for leaking we didnt have any trouble because he would panic when he peed slightly so he didnt stay in long enough to leak.
I love Huggies products size 3 and up, but Little Snugglers were a terrible fit for both of my daughters when they were newborns. I tried hard to be brand loyal but after many messy leaky diapers I switched brands for a while.
Was very disappointed whenever my son broke out with a rash, found the material the diapers are made with don't have enough airflow as the ones I am using now. The price is higher cost then most diapers too.
I was given some of these diapers from a friend whose child grew out of them. The texture of these diapers feels like plastic. I do not like that at all. Second, they did not stay put on my child resulting in leakage. I would not recommend using Huggie LIttle Snugglers.
The price is about average for name brand diapers and they do send out great coupons for their products. I find that all of their diapers leaked. I have tried going up a size and down a size and my son is still wet in the morning. The newborn diapers do have the wetness indicator, but all of the Pampers swaddlers do. Overall, not a great product, eventhough they do come in Disney designs. I will be sticking with Pampers.
