Poor quality-guarantee to crack

Received a mid calf pair of Hunter boots for Christmas 2017 (18 months ago) worn 3 seasons only put them on for this season only to find they have several cracks I contacted Hunter Boots they had me busy taking pictures from every angle/manufacturing stamp, etc. They finally decided they were outside of the warranty of 24 months! i was denied! Brutal! Hardly worn (very obvious in the photos) extremely poor quality! Obviously I did not receive them the minute after they were manufactured Terrible customer service experience!
My suggestion buy a better quality (London Fog, Ugg, Blundstone) not as expensive and much better quality! Pull the Hunter socks over the boots and looks the same!

I will never buy Hunter boots again. Not worth the money

I bought a pair of tall hunter boots for &200;dollars, used them for 2 seasons. both boots have cracked and water is going in and Hunterboots will only give 25% for full priced items. There's no way I will spend money on these boots again.
