Helpful Drink Mix

I tried the Hydralyte+ Energy in individual-use packets. The instructions said to simply pour the packet in 7 ounces of water. I was expecting to have to stir the mix in, but the powder did all the work and mixed in with the water. I was also worried that the Lemon Lime flavor would be very artificial or unpleasant, however the flavor was light and very easy to drink.

The packaging states that the drink is immune-boosting with Vitamins B6, B12, and Vitamin C in addition to hydrating electrolytes. I like that the caffeine in the drink mix comes from green tea and that there are no artificial, colors, flavors or sweeteners. I also appreciated that the mix is gluten-free, dairy free and non-GMO.

Overall, I I enjoyed this drink mix much more than I expected and I would gladly use it again!
