It makes me cramp, but it works

These are a staple in my household. Great for a quick detox. I gave it a 4 star because the cramps before using the bathroom, normally wakes me up out of my sleep. I get these on amazon for around $6.

Great tea

Usually not a fan of teas, candies or whatever else is the fad diet option that celebrities promoter to “lose weight.” However this one isn’t one that will help you lose it more helps your bowel and disciplines your portion sizes. Plus it actually tastes like berries not like dirt. A mix of healthy eating, portioning, exercising and drinking this tea is slowly but surely helping me reach my goal weight.
