well, i recently bought this eyeliner pencil called "love my eyes". i should have known better because i bought it from a dollar general, but only because it was cheap. it worked at first...that is, until the weather started getting warmer and i found my eyeliner was smudging. i do not recommend this at all. from now on, i will be using gel eyeliners. i have been looking them up and there is no oil in them so they will not smudge at all.
