not worth the damage to your eyes
I've always been hesitant about using light for anything skin/face related because of the dangers associated with it. I decided to give this a shot because I read that my teeth enamel was strong enough to withstand the light and that it worked fast. But it doesn't at all. The hydrogen peroxide in the gel kit is supposed to react with blue UV light in order to start the whitening process. This has a blue LED light which is equally as bad for your eyes but takes way longer. Honestly it's not a risk I'm willing to take considering repeated exposure to blue light damages your retina and this light is EXTREMELY bright. I had to sit in a dark room for an hour to get my eyes to stop hurting. Plus the teeth whitening process itself is super messy. I kept having to stop and spit. I'm sure if I keep using it for a while I will see SOME results but I don't think it's worth it since I can just use whitening strips/ a whitening pen and not damage my eyes.
