Illy is by far my top choice and preferred coffee bean. I have a grinder and espresso machine so I always grind my beans just before Im about to pull a shot or two of espresso. The dark roast has a nice and robust flavour and is very smooth. It doesn't taste like its burnt and the fllavour is always consistent.
