Holy Grail Toner

This toner is so innovative! I’ve never tried anything else like this before and I use a lot of toners interchangeably in the morning and evening. I apply this toner in one or two layers in the evening and let it soak in. My skin feels very moisturized and hydrated with 2 layers. I follow up with an essence. I just love this product! Makes my skin very soft too!

Thank you to @imfrom_official and @imfrom_global for sending Rice Toner and Rice Mask in exchange for my honest opinion 🎁 .This product truly holds up to the hype 🤯 and I will definitely repurchase after depleting my skincare stash. It is very thin, light weight and milky in color. I put it on a cotton pad and spread it all over my face including my acne and trouble area. It does not sting on open wound but it is rather smoothing. I found it help with redness and irritated area on my face. I found this hydrating and slightly moisturizing. Truly amazing, please try it if you have not!👍🏻
